About me
Hi everyone! I'm Cat McGrath and I've been in education for 24 years. I've taught for NNPS for 12 years as a Lead Teacher of Employee Expertise (as well as the Social Studies Lead) at Enterprise Academy and am currently a social studies teacher at Warwick High School. I got my bachelors degree and teaching license at ODU, a Masters in Administration from ODU, and am currently working on my PhD at (can you guess?) LOL Yup that's right, ODU! I like to stay busy with learning, creating, researching, reading, cooking, cub scouting, volunteering, momming, grandmomming, and being a servant to 2 very adorable cats. Ok, Ok I know some of those aren't words but if Shakespeare can do it so can I, right? My philosophy is Kids First, so every decision I make in my classroom is focused on what will be best for students who could one day run or run from the world.
